This is a set of three 5″x7″ alcohol and ink pieces.
Once again, I decided to try something I’d never done before. I enjoyed the process of watching the ink and alcohol interact and manipulating the flow with a bulb syringe. I found it to be really meditative, and found myself drawn mostly to creating overlapping circles. The purple one makes me think of outer space and nebulas. The red one makes me think of dancing flames, and the aqua one makes me think of an aquatic dance.
